“Our first visit to Pho Country and it was fantastic in every way possible. We were seated quickly in this busy restaurant. We ordered two bowls of bun nuoc (beef flank noodle soup), one bun vermicelli noodle bowl and a calimari appetizer. The appetizer was served immediately: crisp, well seasoned, and our son who hates seafood loved this with the lightly sauteed onions. (I'd have eaten just these onions for dinner!!!). Service was quick and friendly. Prices are extremely reasonable, especially for the very generous portions. We'd have eaten more if our stomachs could have held it. Next time we visit Carson City, this is a restaurant we'll easily eat at once again!”

“I can’t comment on the food at this time. My wife and I went for dinner arriving around 5:40. We were seated and we gave a drink order. When the drinks came, we placed our food order. At 6:25 our waiter saw us still sitting there and came to tell us that there were a couple orders ahead of us and it would be about 7 min. At 6:40 we asked who I believed was the owner for a check for our drinks and to cancel the food. By this time several tables that had been empty when we arrived, had been filled served and had finished there food. This is the first time I felt the need to comment on a restaurant. After returning on an invite from the owner, we found the service to be a lot better and the food was very good. We have been back several times and have not had any more issues.”

“Ate there on Saturday with my two grandchildren, and mother. It was very, very, delicious. I suggest you check it out. I got the #5 lunch special. Just the right about of food, and spices. My granddaughter ate the rice, and grandson had a burrito. They both ate it all. My mother had nachos and it was too much for her, she enjoyed it. Try it we'll be going back, whenever we're in town. But I do believe it was named.. Las Maria's.”

“We have been going to Ole Ole for years! Ole Ole recently updated their menu by adding additional sides; cilantro like rice and the black beans are my favorite. They bring even more flavor to every dish! I believe they also offer refried and pinto beans. Some of our favorites include the Chile rellenos with green sauce, the steak chicken shrimp fajitas, and the carnitas. They offer a solid house margarita. The bar is a nice touch with the restaurant. The staff is very friendly and our favorite server, Rhonda, goes above and beyond. I definitely recommend this restaurant for a quick, satisfying dining experience. Ps. It has some low lighting, but there are brighter areas that they have to offer.”

“About time I leave a review! I've been frequenting Flat Earth Pizza for a while now. The food is simply amazing. Pizzas are sizable and full of flavor, beyond what you can get at any chain restaurant. Even the spinach is good, and I'm not one for vegetables on pizza. The gluten free crust has also never made me sick and though the other ingredients aren't guaranteed to be gluten free, I haven't had an issue. Aside from the food, everyone here is friendly and eager to make sure you enjoy your meal. Flat Earth Pizza is my new go-to, you won't regret trying them.”

Multiple, large display cases the width of the counter showcasing a plethora of bakery goodies (see pix). This is a fast-casual dining experience (walk up counter order, then food brought to table). Plenty of indoor seating in two areas, plus a few outdoor tables. “That was the best clam chowder I have ever had anywhere. Right here in landlocked Nevada. Buttery and creamy with tender clams. The lamb shank was fall off the bone tender with lots of garlic. I even nibbled on the cartilage! Staff was pleasant and attentive, not overly crowded even during peak Friday dinner hour. Highly recommend!!”
