That being said, I like that the ingredients are fresh and natural, and the couple running the store was very friendly. It's a great local shop trying to offer a healthy option to Carson City... “This does not taste like * hospital food*. I like the fact there is a daily special as well as a menu. Since this is inside Carson Tahoe Hospital, the employees are extra thoughtful and kind. Many folks are there and worried for a loved one. Not your standard customer. Special skills are needed when folks are hungry and emotional, or exhausted. Basic menu choices but the items are chosen for *comfort food* value. Lots of tasty healthy choices too! Clean and visually appealing dining area. Every condiment known to man in packets!!! We go there just for lunch. Pricing is reasonable too.”

Multiple, large display cases the width of the counter showcasing a plethora of bakery goodies (see pix). This is a fast-casual dining experience (walk up counter order, then food brought to table). Plenty of indoor seating in two areas, plus a few outdoor tables. The bacon burger menu item I ordered was a quality piece of perfection to behold. ***Note: year-round Art for Compassion mans a small sales niche inside as well (see separate review/pix).”

“Carson lanes is a good choice for a night out. I recently took my wife there and we had a great time. The staff was very nice and helpful. They do a great job trying to keep the place tidy. There are several food options available there from the bowling dinner to Johnny rockets to Wallys pizza, and they will deliver it to your lane. They also have a fill bar for your adult thirst needs, and it very reasonably priced. Overall I recommend it to anyone and look forward to to going again soon.”
