Cold Springs Station Resort

This is the coolest place on the Lincoln Hiway, it's a must stop, the ace really takes you by surprise when you enter, it's beautiful inside big bar friendly locals just enjoying the day. Had a snack and moved on, it's worth the stop.

Great mid-point while driving from Lassen NP across Nevada on Highway 50 to Great Basin National Park. Owners are friendly and helpful; restrooms, showers, and laundry were clean; restaurant had good food...and fabulous onion rings.

We picked this motel because of it's austere location and loved it. Small comfortable rooms at a good price. Pet friendly. Cafe on site with great food. Small touristy store. Staff were exceptional and helpful in all regards. Wifi reception was spotty at times. But all in all, a unique place to stay.

We were passing through and camped in the RV park. The family that runs this establishment are super nice and gave us a great spot with a view of the mountains.
The showers were clean and roomy not like a broom closet in some campgrounds.
The laundry room was seen better days but everything came out in the wash.
We enjoyed dinner that evening. The taco special was exceptional and the chicken fried steak delicious just like inTexas. Highly recommend stopping here as it's like an oasis in the desert.
