Been through Fallon several times and finally stopped in here. Absolutely fantastic place to eat. Quite possibly the best Monte Cristo sandwich I have ever had. The staff were super friendly and attentive. All the food came out pretty quick and everyone enjoyed their meals. Highly recommend stopping here to eat.
I haven't been in town very long, but we have made it twice. The closest thing I have to a complaint is the tight times they are open, but given the state of things, this is understandable. Also, this is only really an issue for me because I am not a morning person on the weekends and don't get really moving and driven until later in the morning--weekend bumming!!
Aside from that, each experience here was amazing! The food was PHENOMENAL (first time I had a Reuben sammy and salad, second time a French dip and salad, he had the Taylor and homemade chips, then the Gobbler and the soup of the day). While the food was out of this world, the service is where this place will keep me coming back! The staff as a whole seems friendly and super willing to do whatever they can (within their power) to accommodate! They are personable with NORMAL, REAL personalities!!!
The management here seems to really get it! Good job!
Enjoyed a great lunch here in March 2022. Great atmosphere, friendly and fast service. Would love to come back and eat on their patio or the porch. Nice place to stop while on a day trip to Fallon (from Reno).
A++ experience. Excellent service and food that went above and beyond my expectations. I ordered a turkey sandwich that contained avocado and havarti cheese among other delicious ingredients, on a Dutch crunch roll. Sandwich melted in my mouth! I chose clam chowder as my side, (the soup of the day) and it was delectable as well! Staff was all smiley, friendly and eager to please. I will definitely be back to this hidden gem.
Honestly I heard so much about this place being great but here is our experience, when we first got seated We found out that there was NO KIDS MENU. (We made a reservation including a toddler I wish they would have told me) after waiting on getting her a side of Mac n cheese they said they were out... Luckily she ate the pasta we had. So the pasta was amazing but the chicken was lacking in flavor and it was odd that my side was bigger than my main (seen in pic) after everything that happened we were told its not normally like this... Our waitress was super helpful and nice... Also apologized and explained the inconveniences. We will try this place again hopefully it will be a better experience.
