You may have noticed the long lines and that this place is always bustling. It's for a good reason. I came here a few times with my parents and they loved it, just going crazy choosing various baked goodies to try. For the most part, I've loved it all: fresh, yummy, and affordable. I also took friends from Europe and Latin America and they all loved it as well. The whole smell of the place when you walk in is inviting and delicious. High ceilings, plenty of space to sit, and excellent service to boot. Every interaction I've had with the servers were friendly and pleasant. Yesterday, I went back to the register to ask for a copy of my receipt that I couldn't find and they were very kind and patient and printed me out a new copy despite being busy. My friend and I sat in the airy dining area and had a great time sampling the pastries and talking. I wish they had a self-serving water station though as the water cups were the size of shot-glasses and pastries make me thirsty.

the coffee is just average, but trust me you don't come here for the drinks. All the bakery items look absolutely fantastic all the time, and few things are more appealing then a steaming hot bun coming fresh out the oven and onto your plate. It's a fun experience me it was a grab your own pastries, and it's the hardest thing to have any self-restraint here. Don't come unless you're ready to take in some delicious calories!

There's always a line during peak times, so make sure to expect a wait then.

Right when you walk in this place is bustling with energy. People are walking around grabbing their favorite breads which are consistently being baked and put out on the shelf for you to take. The system from entering to grabbing the bread to check out is very streamlined and it's very well priced.

They also offer cakes and drinks, such as milk tea with boba. If you just want to get a drink there is a convenient touch screen kiosk where you can order, pay, and pick up your drink completely avoiding the, sometimes very long, bread line.

The only downside to this place would be that its so popular it can be very very busy so you'll probably be standing in line for 10 to 15 minutes before you get inside the store on a busy day.

I was excited to come check out this new bakery in the heart of Chinatown. It was super busy and the line was all the way to the door. One register was down. I really wanted to try their pastries, it was worth the long wait time. I got all kinds of goodies. I lost track of all the names but my photos shows the details. It was awesome and their prices are extremely reasonable. I for sure will be returning again soon for more tasty pastries. The staff was focused and friendly. Easy free parking. Definitely worth a 5-star. Thanks so much!

It was 8 December when I went, and it was very busy. It’s probably going to be that way for a while so maybe avoid it if you are in a hurry, but if you’ve got a little bit of time, then this is definitely a place that you should check out. Especially if you happen to be like me and have a sweet tooth plus a weakness for baked goods. The food and all of their baked goods are fantastic! The staff are friendly and they don’t let too many people in at one time just to keep it from being a madhouse inside.

I understand they are a company that is based out of California and this is the first time I’ve ever been to one, but my friends all raved about it so I had to check them out. I’m glad I did and I will definitely be going back. If you’ve never tried it I would definitely recommend it and their cakes look just absolutely fantastic as well. I am very excited to try one of them, hopefully in the near future.
