Bronze Cafe was Amazing!! The Vegan sandwich I had was probably 1 of the best I've ever had. Definitely found a new favorite place!!!

Having enjoyed David Mozes' and Chef Peter Bastien's Bronze Café at The Center, The Market and Juice Stars, it was to #supportlocal that lunch was catered from their North Buffalo location on Thursday, a collection of old favorites predictably arriving on time with plenty of plates and utensils that allowed staff to enjoy every second of their lunch hour.

Located near Desert Shores in Summerlin, the former home of Beau Monde Bakery providing turnkey access for a Restaurant eventually intended to offer Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, it is focused on health-conscious and diet-friendly fare that many guests began with Soup or Salad, Tomato Basil tasting a lot like Margherita Pizza without the Crust while "David's Special" remains a workplace favorite thanks to Quinoa, Garbanzos, Hemp and Avocado that compliment thinly sliced Kale's.

Continuing Organic, Vegan and Gluten-free with Sweet Potatoes and Caramelized Onions plus Jeweled Quinoa, the latter pleasantly spiced and lightly sweetened by Raisins, it was in "Sammiches" that appetites were invested further, California Turkey expectedly gone first but quickly followed by The LGBTQ and Green Goddess Chicken which each eat cleaner than their traditional versions thanks to better Ingredients served in proper rations on fluffy Ciabatta.

Not about to skip entirely Vegan Desserts, The Peanut Butter Snickerdoodle still Las Vegas' best Cookie despite mounting competition, those missing Beau Monde's gluten-free offerings will be happy to know both the Banana Flax Cake and all-new Carrot Cake are made without any Wheat protein, and although the Banana Bread is far more moist than memory serves it still cannot hold a candle to shredded Carrots, Pineapple and plenty of Baking Spices beneath slick Icing and toasted Coconut.

Continuing strong with Bronze Café's cleverly titled Loving v Virginia, a Brookie that has only gotten better over time, the all-new Chocolate Almond Cookie would probably benefit from a bit more moisture, though the same cannot be said for Pumpkin Spice, Chai or Strawberry which are all soft, chewy and almost Cake-like.

I was taking my boys to a different restaurant, but they ended up being closed. On our drive home, I happened to pass Bronze Cafe. I didn't know they opened another location. It turned out to be their soft opening. The gentleman who helped us was so sweet. He threw in some extra treats for my boys. The RSTLNE sandwich was delicious!

Amazing Calif turkey sandwich and broccoli with hemp seeds!!! Nice to find a place that knows how to make a proper sandwich! ????
