    Friendly staff...good food..and people play chess there that are friendly...have some good and play a good game

    I wanted a GOOD hamburger after all the traditional turkey day food. So, the Sunday after thanksgivings, after some errands I decided I go to Carl's.
    I always go into the fast food places so I can make eye contact and be serious about my order. I chose the jalapeno burger, with cheese.
    While the staff was friendly and the order was ready timely...the burger was disappointing. It was dry and tasted like it had been microwaved. Instead of being juicy and most, it tasted bland and ordinary.
    While I was no longer, I still was wishing for a real burger.
    I paid their asking price...and I feel that was a donation, cause there was no win-win about that experience.

    One of the most amazing customer service experiences I've had in a fast food restaurant. Young lady working 08/15/19 at around 9pm deserves a raise! She really goes out of her way to provide excellent service! And the Beyond Burgers we ordered were scrumptious!
