Chick-fil-A

I loved some of your staff, however, I believe that you should strive to have all of your staff be comfortable with customer service. Some of the staff did not seem eager at all, and while I understand that everyone has had a long day, staff should at least be welcoming and eager to take your order. For example, most of the cashiers and the people at the front seemed very out of touch and like they didn't want to be there or talk to anyone, and that shouldn't be the case, since they're the first face we see when we walk into the restaurant. Nonetheless, the food was great and some of your staff was very lovely and kind.

I don't wanna say to much about this place because I don't want to wind up on another list. Suffice it to say, there is a lot history on organized crime I'm here. An "old sparky" that has a switch and crackles and causes the lights to flicker. The wall from the Valentines Day massacre. A distillery and recreated Speakeasy.

Food was fast and fresh. Service members were attentive and responsive. Bathrooms and main area was clean and well maintained. Only issue it that this location is like 50% busier then most locations with 50% less parking, so just be aware the lines may be huge for parking.

Chick-fil-A is always good. This location is very conveniently located near the airport and freeway. I've been to several Chick-fil-A's and I have never gotten bad food or bad service once. The service is very fast and well organized, even when the lines are super long. The employees are always kind, courteous and have a smile on their faces. Chick-fil-A has the best customer service! I will always go back!!
Their sandwiches are always fresh and delicious, no complaints there.
Overall: outstanding franchise, restaurant is always clean, staff always helpful and friendly and the sandwiches are always delicious and fresh.
