The employees here are 5 star the best. The food is always good. It is in a small shopping center. The outside is not fancy. Do not let that turn you away. Inside you will find a warm and inviting place to eat until you cant stuff anymore in your mouth. Really a great time!

Presentation was great and the flavor of everything was wonderful. The service was attentive and I'd recommend this place for events or groups. The only part I didn't quite like was the amount of up-selling done at the beginning. Otherwise, enjoy!

I recently went to try a few dishes and was pleasantly surprised with what I had. I’ve been to a hot pot restaurant before and it was with a huge group of people in a bustling mall. It did not have a conveyor belt delivery system either.

Chubby Cattle is centrally located in Las Vegas. Walking in, I immediately noticed the bar area, which was small, but perfectly sized for the size of the restaurant. The check-in podium was off to my left. The lady brought me to a four top table with a conveyor belt on my right. To my excitement, the kitchen was in full view.

My waiter showed up within a few minutes and explained how things worked. Each person has their own personal heating element to heat up the hot pot. I ordered the oxtail soup, Kobe beef slices with an egg, basket of mushrooms, Kobe beef dumplings, snow cut Kobe beef slices, sliced white fish, vegan meet slices, and “sushi” of fire seared Kobe beef slices with uni sea urchin and foie gras on top. I ordered a cotton candy drink and a Coca-Cola.

The “sushi” is a tasty way to start off a hot pot experience. If you’ve never been before, come here, you get many pluses over much larger hot pot restaurants, but with all of the perks and then some. Everyone was friendly, from my waiter, the bar tender, and the manager. He checked in on me a few times and even helped with keeping time on how long certain foods I ordered should cook for.

My favorite dish out of everything was the slices of Kobe beef with the egg on top. In the other hot pot restaurant that I went to, they refilled the liquid with water. Chubby Cattle refills with the soup that you ordered. This keeps the flavor profile throughout the dinner.

I will definitely be back to try the noodles and a few dishes out of the conveyor system. There was a group of 18 having a birthday party dinner, in four tables behind me. They were loving the experience.

One of the best hot pot experiences that I've had. You get your own individual hot pot or you can have a shared one. I recommend getting your own. They offer a variety of soup bases; and if you choose the house hellishly spicy pot, you can customize the spice level. I started with the entry level hell 6 and it was pretty spicy. They also have a build you own sauce bar, which is awesome. The concept of the restaurant is the conveyor belt food delivery system, where you grab what you want from the belt. We didn't get to sit at a table with the conveyor belts because there was a 30 minute wait since we didn't have reservations. We sat at a regular table and ordered off the menu, which had the same if not more than what was on the belt, so we didn't feel like we missed out by not getting the conveyor belt experience. The variety of meats, seafood and vegetables as well as the service was great. I wish they had Chubby Cattle in Houston because I'd go all the time.
