Amazing food everytime we are here. The menu is constantly changing and I highly suggest you choose the tasting menu. Always delicious and you will get to try many dishes you might not have picked on their own.

Incredible food and service.
I came in alone and I think every single employee served me and had a personal interaction with me at some point.
Every single course was well thought out with complex flavours and beautiful presentation. Don’t let the simple dishes fool you. Every single item was delicious. This restaurant is the best thing in Vegas.

The smoke salmon was sublime, great balance of flavors, bread not too hard that can destroy the roof of your mouth, simply amazing. Oysters and avocado salad were tremendous as well. Least favorite imo was the Strawberry Shaved Ice, I don't like the shaved ice at all.

The epitome of casual dining with a fine dining experience. Honestly the best meal I've ever had. The best apart about tapas is it takes away the pain that you experience when you go to other restaurants: indecisiveness. You get the tasting menu and receive the best of everything. No stress of a crowded restaurant, a specific vegan menu, beautiful atmosphere, carefully selected cocktail and wine list, and authentic Spanish cuisine with a twist that you cant find anywhere else. The small size of the restaurant demands a high quality of service and the nature of the menu demands personal service you cant find at a chain. One of the best values I've been able to find as a Vegas native.

My family and I all got the degustacion, which are 10 tapas course meal. I enjoyed all the dishes, but only a few were great in my opinion. With a price of $45, its definitely on the higher end. Also, if you want separate checks you need to tell them ahead of time, since they seem unable to do this. Good service by all staff. Definitely an experience but will not be coming back here again.
