Fun place to bring the family for a decent meal at a decent price. While the food isn't amazing, it's good quality and the portions are large. There's no need for each person in you party to order separate meals. One meal is plenty for two people to share. And the service is excellent. The wait staff is friendly and intensive - answering every question we had. The only downside is the wait. No matter the time of day, there is always an extended wait time.
This was my first Cracker Barrel experience and it came in way above expectations. I am very mistrustful of chain restaurants because most of them have bean counters that guard their bottom line aggressively by chipping away at the integrity of the dishes that helped them to become great enough to become chains by going progressively cheaper on ingredients until they are just pale shadows of the greatness that launched them. Thus, I avoid them and try not to eat at new ones just assuming that I'm eventually going to be let down. So why did I decide to try Cracker Barrel? Easy answer; someone gave me a gift card.
I ordered the double chicken breast meal. The price was good and the entire meal was just delicious. The chicken was thick, juicy and perfectly seasoned and the sides were all on point as well. Our server was attentive and did an outstanding job. I will absolutely eat at this location again. Unfortunately, the quality appears to not be consistent across all the locations. We tried the St. George location and it was very bad to say the least. this one though, we'll be back again soon...
Has the best Fried Chicken in Las Vegas. Now I know you may think that the fancy places with the $40 fried chicken know what they are talking about but let me see this straight. I've had them all non can compare. If you don't believe me try for yourself and save some money. P. S. That goes for all Chicken spots...
Wonderful food and atmosphere! The employees were all sweet and friendly and very accommodating to special requests on orders. Not the most vast array of vegetarian options, but the breakfast menu has some good options. Great French dip crispy in all the right places! Cute and affordable homewares in their gift shop too!
