Crust and Roux - Gourmet Pizza, Pot Pies and Dessert Pies

Very DELICIOUS and hipster swanky restaurant with pizza, pot pies and sandwiches. AND crazy awesome desert pies. Expensive, but the quality of the food was the best in Las Vegas. #worthit The staff was extraordinarily friendly, helpful, attentive and pleasant. Pro Tip: they do have a gluten-free pizza option that is not on the menu. We ordered the Sicilian pizza (definitely), the KBBQ (👍) and the seafood pot pie. The Ceasar salad is a must pre-pizza. Took home 3 full pies (blueberry, pecan and strawberry). I added a picture of the cheese and pepper shakers because they are very slick with open/close, on/off switches. An example of the little details that make this restaurant super cool.

Can't wait to go back and try more flavors.

Escaped the strip to get something better to eat and found Crust and Roux! Got a fantastic 9th island pie and harvest salad. Wish we were local to try other things! Had 2 slices of blueberry pie to go- excellent filling, straight blueberries and not too sweet. Can’t stand sugary blue gel pies, this certainly did not disappoint!

This place is beautiful, I like the layout and design and it's very inviting. Staff is very friendly and great service. I recommend the pot pies, Gumbo pot pie to be exact, pizza is delicious as well, a little disappointed with the pumpkin pie. The crust is a little too thick for my liking that it made a little gummy, however the filling tastes great and thus why I gave this a 4 star rating. I do definitely recommend this place.

AMAZING! Food was excellent, pizza options are vast and the crust is the perfect consistency !! Don’t event get my started on the dessert! Just an overall quality experience Room is a vibe and a great place to maybe watch a game or have friends hang out. In a great location and quick wait time! New favorite spot !!

Pie was amazing and the staff was just as good! Thick slices of pie with crispy flaky crust! What can be better than that?! Attentive and caring staff takes this place above and beyond!
