Had a great "French Dip" sandwich and onion rings. Had a lot of 'exotic, sexy women' sitting in the area of the bar next to me. . . coincidence? Not!
Went here for Thanksgiving dinner. It was pretty empty inside. It's a gaming bar, so be ready for cigarette smoking wafting over your table. The Turkey and stuffing could have used more gravy. They were a little dry. The service was a bit slow, but the holiday likely minimized their available staff. It is a cool sports bar with plenty of TVs.
Liked the decor outside the main entrance. The bar itself was pretty full of locals enjoying the beverages being served. There were several bartenders behind the bar. Many machines at the bar. Many TVs throughout the building. There's an outside seating area. Was an ok place to visit.
Luxury, class, comfort. This was my first visit & I was actually surprised at how nice this bar was. Awesome atmosphere ~ fun, casual experience mixed with high end architecture, and great ambiance in both indoor & outdoor environments. Female brunette bartender was very attentive despite full bar ~ excellent service! The steak nachos were good & the Brisket burger was really delicious.
We will happily return & recommend, thanks! =)
There doesn't seem to be any way of contacting this company's headquarters if there is a problem. You cannot reply to their emails and the only phone numbers listed are the single phone numbers for each location. There is no general contact information except those single phone numbers for individual restaurants. I received two emails from them on September 1, 2019, as part of their "rewards" program, one for $10 towards an appetizer, and one for $20 towards an entree, usable during my birthday month, September. On September 4 I stopped at a library to print these out, but they would not print. I headed over to their W. Cheyenne Avenue location to find out if they could check their system for these 2 offers. I was told that they cannot check...that the only way to find out if there is a credit is at the end of the meal when they total things up and put in the customer's phone number. So, I could not find out if these rewards were actually in their system except by ordering food and hope that at least the appetizer one was in their system. As it turned out, I ordered an appetizer and that "reward" was in their system, but I was told that my birthday reward was not in their system. They pretty much didn't have any way of determining if it ever gets in the system except for me to order an entree. This doesn't make a lot of sense. The restaurant should be able to tell a customer if the reward he's been told about in an email is actually in the system.
