Islands Restaurant Las Vegas

From the moment we walked in this restaurant... the host greeted us with a big smile and made us so welcome. Our server , Brenda, is more than amazing by explaining the menu and service us like we were her family. Her assistant Gil is so friendly that we thought he was our little brother. The food is sooo good that you guys have to try!
Our fiends birthday celebration was very unforgettable. Thanks Brenda for the wonderful warm service.

I finally found a burger I could enjoy and it's not made with beef.

This is my third time visiting this restaurant. The first time, I would have rated it 1 star. I had one of the beef burgers. It did not leave a lasting impression. Therefore, I couldn't tell you which burger I had.

On my second visit, I had a veggie burger. I was still unimpressed.

This time, I had a turkey burger and fell in love with it. I know people who love eating here. Instead of grumbling when they suggest we dine here, I will embrace the opportunity to eat a scrumptious Turkey burger. ...and no, I do not change anything to how they serve it.

Service has always been decent and friendly. The fries are bottomless but I find them to be just okay. They could stand to be crispier.

Great burgers and drinks and the staff are really good at what they do. Happy hour is all day on Sundays and they also have great specials during Knights games. So everyone should hurry up and get to islands as soon as possible

Must have been having an off day. Food was very tasty, however despite not being busy despite informing the server 3 times to leave off the mayo and tomato on the BLT it came out with both. To their credit the sandwich was taken off the bill which shows good customer service sense however the overall all mood of the servers was a bit robotic and not up to standards.
