Echo & Rig Butcher and Steakhouse

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. We were in Vegas for a trade show and I googled Grass Fed Steak. We found the restaurant by accident and we proceeded to eat there for 3 nights in a row! Our server Shane was absolutely amazing! He was extremely accommodating and very knowledgeable. His assistant Anthony was so attentive. The food was hands down the best I've had (and I've eaten at many fabulous steak houses). The entire experience from the front desk, to a drink at the bar to the entire dining experience was an absolute pleasure! I can't wait to return to Vegas in August and come back to have another fantastic meal!!
Since we ate there three nights in a row - we got to try many things on the menu. You won't go wrong with any selection. It's amazing!

Oh my gosh this place was beyond amazing.
We read some reviews and people suggested to make reservations just in case they are busy, so we followed that advice.
The service was amazing! Our server was so knowledgeable, friendly and quick! Food was fantastic! Please do yourself a favor and dine here.

It’s the little things. We didn’t just have one decent server. The staff was great from the door service to the manager who came by to talk and everyone in between. The butter that came with the bread was actually spreadable instead of some rock solid chunk. Our server himself (whatever you guys are paying Luke, double it) was pleasant and made not one but two excellent recommendations that improved the entire meal experience. The food itself: probably the best cocktail shrimp I’ve ever had, followed by some excellent mushrooms and concluded with sensationally flavored steak. The beer selection is also solid. My only regret is that we didn’t have room for dessert.

High quality service ! They are so good to you at this restaurant, the manager even stops by the table and greets you by your last name. Servers and bussers very attentive. Great prices on food. Phenomenal steaks, their mushroom fries are amazing, the sauces are delicious. Portion sizes are great. By far my favorite restaurant in all of Vegas. Our server was Rae last time and we enjoyed her outgoing personality!

Great salads and sides for Vegetarians. Great service. Hard to see the menu because of dim lighting but still worth it
