Einstein Bros. Bagels

Been coming here for years - Turnover is a definite issue with the staff - James the Manager is always training and keeping a friendly attitude - some of the past hires have been a challenge.
The bagels are always good and the guy that takes care of the coffee and restocking has been here a long time and is friendly.

Clean store good service but did not share their various discount options I had to ask what they were.

Excellent attention and prime breakfast experience.... like a new customer I confess be totally satisfied.

$14 is pretty damn steep for a small coffee and breakfast samich...but it tasted good and was made very fast. Helpful, patient employees.

I haven't been here in ages and its still so yummy. It was kinda messy tables and too much help up front. But I saw the manager I believe on duty that went beyond for this customer. I just wished I got his name. However he did have glasses and was African American man.
I would definitely be back. When my friends and family came it was busy but they had a system that kept the line down. Maybe next time they could show that team work on the floor.
Also I don't know why the workers would not clean the trays out. Perhaps wipe them with a cleanser that will clean them and this way. I and whomever saw the workers put pride in there job.
It would be like if you went to a restaurant and when they got the dirty dishes, they just put a cover over it. Would you still eat from that restaurant.
