Kuru Kuru Pa Yakitori

I really don't care if this Yakitori is owned by DJ Steve Aoki and his bro. It's still nice to find a place that serves Japanese skewers but I had better ones in Toronto (where I lived) or in Tokyo, Japan.

The skewers needed more charcoal and flavour. It's not cheap either but you pay what you pay for at the Las Vegas Strip. Normally, I seen Japanese Chefs pin down a chicken wing with woodstick and grill it but here, I seen the Chef took out the wooden stick and just grill the wing on its own which is a bit odd.

Anyhow, if you never had Yakitori, it's still a good place to watch them cook your food and then you indulge them.

What a find! Admittedly, it is mixed in the middle of a bunch of great choices, but this is exceptional. Very difficult to make a choice, and as soon as I finished I began planning my return to try the rest! Subtle seasoning, not over spiced or salted, and the meat is most and tender.
