Pancho's

I got married here and for good reason. We have a mixed family and wanted to enjoy an amazing authentic place to compliment both our family sides with delicious food and amazing atmosphere. The staff is helpful and fluent in both languages that cater to different backgrounds. The food is there most authentic with dishes like mole problano and others. Restrooms and furniture is clean and have dedicated rooms for special events with large tables. Overall, one of my favorite authentic places in one of the most feature rich locations in Las Vegas at Downtown Summerlin.

Finally found authentic Mexican in Vegas.
The atmosphere is beautiful.
The food is delicious.
Service is fast and courteous.

Warning, it can get busy.

My favorite is the enchiladas.

The Pancho nachos were awesome! Great atmosphere and the prices are great. To bad we don't live in the area. I would definitely make this place a go to spot when we are in Las Vegas

The first impression was the entryway, does not go well with the neighboring businesses. Looks unkept, old and rundown. I believe this was purposely done. Entered and the inside was overwhelmingly decorated with vintage cultural art. Okay no problem, this is not a deal breaker. The young lady at the door did not appear very happy to be there. She sat us and said enjoy your lunch. I sensed a bit of displeasure in her tone. A bad day I believed or maybe she does not like her job. The waiter promptly helped us, took our order and checked on us periodically. He was not much happier than the receptionist, yet he did his job. The food was fantastic! It was delicious and I enjoyed it very much. It was reasonably priced. I probably won’t go back, I get a bad vibe when employees are unhappy with their work.

Great food portions, drinks to the touch and dessert was amazing. Great ambience for celebrations!

Food could have a more authentic touch flavor wise. Only because of my Hispanic descent and exotic seasoning touches.

Still a 5 star!
