Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Really nice place. It's a pretty large place and the staff was really nice. And the food was great. I just wish I was not so hungover at the time to enjoy it more.

The only reason why I am giving them three stars instead of five is because the air conditioner was running and it was freezing. When I asked the waitress if you could turn up the heat, she said that they would need corporate approval to adjust it. I thought that was the most ridiculous thing ever. I couldn't take it anymore and asked to have the food to go. The waitress, Nicole, was very helpful and bent over backwards to help. The food is always good. That is the only reason why Red Robin is not getting one. My advice is if you want to eat there, then go during the warmer time of the year.

Came here for my annual birthday burger. One the best things ever that Red Robin does for signing up for their rewards program.

We were greeted when we walked in and told the hostess we wanted to just go to the bar. When we first seated our waitress got our drinks quickly. I must always have their turkey burger. Thankfully they had some because the waitress said they were out, she asked another waitress and she went to look and they just got them in that morning.

The turkey burger is always delicious and juicy. You can substitute any signature burger for a turkey patty. I always get the Burnin Love. I love my food spicy and it never disappoints. That’s what I love about this Red Robin. They’re always consistent. Also I ordered an upgrade of garlic fries. They gave me regular fries. I told the waitress and she put in an order. It took a while for them to come out so she ended up comping the upgrade.

Also I put my birthday burger coupon on the kiosk they have at the table. The waitress saw that and brought me out a sundae. It was so unexpected. I love that she went above and beyond. The restaurant manager was also just doing work at the table next to us. On our way out he said goodbye and wished me a happy birthday.
