Wonderful and as good as the original Vegas location in China Town. Not nearly as crowned and it has a more modern feel with a large bar area manned by Nikki.
Great atmosphere. Parking wasn’t so bad nor far. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The bathrooms were clean, as well as the whole place. We had our usual honey walnut shrimp, salt and pepper pork chops and roasted duck. All tasted great. The price is reasonable. I recommend it to anyone.
Been a long time fan of Pho Kim Loan. Been ordering the same things (give or take) for the last 10+ years!
Service was great, our server was sweet. He checked on us often.
This review is based on what we got this time around:
Fave! The ga roti is ????????
We asked for tofu in our banh xeo ????????
Braised tofu and mushroom ????????
I’ll be back to try more things next time when I have a bigger group.
In my opinion, it taste better than the Spring Mountain location. Will update review once I try other things.
I've been a customer of spring mountain location for years being that it's 24/7 and in chinatown it was very convenient. When I learned about TSLV location I was thinking will it be same or better? Two weeks has gone by before I muster courage to try, but still had that feeling of not being the same. Nice modern immaculate place bar counter with power outlet seating can be found all over including patio. Lively spacious feel not a fullhouse during lunch about ten tables were occupied. Fully staff not everyone was friendly when I ask for something they seemed bother. Oh well..
The menu here isn't limited to vietnamese they've limited popular dishes from thai, korean, chinese, japanese, singaporean, and mongolian. The beverage lineup isn't extensive limited to traditional viet coffee, lemonade, shave ice w/bean. But they do have alcoholic drink they will make whatever drink you desire since as long as they have what it takes on hand. I got appetizer shrimp spring roll pretty much standard stuff translucent rice paper stuffed with lettuce, vermicelli, mint leaves, and deveined shrimp peanut sauce was thick, but tasty. Combination pho dac biet was somewhat weak flavor wasn't there and broth luke warm. Broth was a little off taste water down, but I'm thankful for full strands of vermicelli and generous amount of meat. I had a minor problem with browning bean sprouts got it swap out, but same looking batch. I gave up and use what I had it just didn't look appealing especially brown tip. The entrees is USD$2 more and appetizers USD$1 more than spring mountain. I get it, newer location means more funds used towards the place, but the food quality didn't live up. So, I finally try new location, but will stick to chinatown spot for now.. 18% gratuity added for 6 or more.

Very clean, solid flavor, very posh atmosphere-- quite different from the OG PKL. Looking forward to OG PKL being less crowded now that this location is open.
Only reason I left a star out was because I was expecting the same menu, but it looks like they only kept the more popular dishes on for this location. (No calamari :[ !)
On that note, the menu layout was a little rough to read, kind of hard to tell where one section ends and another begins.
That aside, will definitely come back.
