Great BBQ place! Bigger than it looks from the outside. We got the Monday special: 5 meats, 3 sides (the mac and cheese was amazing!), and 2 drinks for $20. It was way too much food for 2 people but I'm excited for leftovers later! Staff was so friendly! Highly recommend.
Ordered a bunch of food for the Super Bowl when my brothers came to Las Vegas in February! We had a suite at the Mirage and I suggested Rollin Smoke because I had it before when I worked at Findlay Volkswagen. Look, we’re all from KC so the BBQ was perfect and the game was even better! Go Chiefs!
I freakin' love this place. I've been to Vegas twice in my life. The first was for a Star Trek convention and I stopped by here. Absolutely perfect pulled pork and ribs and sweet tea. The second time was because I rerouted my road trip through CO and UT to end in Vegas *just so I could eat here*. I could've flown out of Salt Lake City or Phoenix but chose Vegas for this place. It is that good. And I really so not care for the city at all.
This place is so good I am upset with everybody because nobody told me to try this place. I decided to stop here while I was out doing some errands I decided to sample it before I left. To make a long story short I ended up back at my house just so I can eat comfortably, this place is awesome!
The culinary highlight of my trip to Las Vegas! No flash, no dazzle, just amazing food cooked slowly with love.
The meat was everything it could have been. We got brisket, ribs and burnt ends and I can't pick my favorite. The rub that they use is simple and let's the quality and flavor of the meat shine through with every bite. The lean brisket was moist and tender, the meat on the ribs was firm but pulled cleanly off the bone and the burnt ends had a nice crust without being overdone. The sides were great and there's a whole range of sauces, even a mustard based one. I ate until I couldn't breathe.
Hands down some of the very best barbeque I've ever had and I live in central Texas so there's a lot of competition. I just can't recommend a trip here highly enough, like soon and often.
We had a chance to speak with the owner for a few minutes and could tell immediately that he puts his heart and soul into what he makes for us.
Thank you so much for everything! We'll be back as soon as we can get there!!!
