The Beast by Todd English

We went here right before going to The Distillery. As locals, they were able to get us in ASAP which really helped because we had a birthday boy within the group!

We were blown away at how amazing the food and service was at The Beast. The St. Louis ribs and the Fig, gorgonzola, prosciutto pizza were the best ever. The staff was awesome and Johnny was a great server. We highly recommend getting all your food here.

Food was pretty good, enjoyable and unique with exception of the Caesar salad which was terrible. They’ve got to get a better system for busy days. Being told “you’re on the list check back with us in 15 minutes” is not a good strategy. Get a buzzer or text system.

The restaurant had a fun rock vibe and atmosphere. It was cool to have a view of the whole kitchen and see all the food preparation happening. Servings were huge and food was delicious. I think we decided this was our favorite meal on our last trip to Vegas.

The host was very nice when I arrived, I decided to sit at the bar. I got a pizza and a drink. The drink was delicious! The pizza was also very delicious. The bar staff was very nice and friendly. I looked up from the menu and she already had an ice water waiting for me. I know it seems small but nowhere that I have been so far have they had ice water without me first requesting it. She kept checking on me and making sure my food was good and my drink was good. Nice atmosphere and very friendly. Would highly recommend.
