The Cheesecake Factory

We LOVE eating here. The choices were great and our selected dishes arrived hot and perfect to our liking. Our server was very friendly and offered very nice advice for some items. The facility was very clean and had wonderful Holiday decorations (we visited during the Christmas Season). We used a Groupon during this visit and there was no issues in accepting this item. We will visit again on our next trip to Las Vegas.

We came here after shopping and ordered lunch, however my sisters and I had an issue. Our waiter (I can't recall his name, but he looked like Mozart) decided that he wouldn't offer to refill/refill our drinks the entire time we were at the restaurant which was about an hour and a half. We gave a considerable tip nonetheless and were kind. However, one of the other waiters noticed my siblings taking their empty cups of ice on the way out and readily asked what drinks we had and refilled them. It was particularly hot on this day, and we were thankful for observing and correcting the situation.

So we went in this evening after The Reba, Brooks and Dunn show. We love this place. We had a slight issue, which Bill one of the managers took care of. He came over to our table talked with use, and went above and beyond to put us at ease. This was not needed, but it was done. Reason number 8 for why we love this place. We will return. Have a great day. Also nick was our sever. He was on top of his game.

Service was awesome! Makes the meal better when you have experienced server. Very good portions and appetizers were large for 3 people. Steaks were sliced which made it a different experience for us, but the food was very tasty and full of flavor. Worth the cost.
