Surprising for a fast food place anymore their fries were HOT. Nothing like eating hot fries, yum. I ordered the chicken BLT. I should of ordered the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger. It's always been my favorite. My husband likes their Chicken BLT.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich no tomatoes, I have not only A TOMATO but CHEESE. These do not come with cheese. I also asked for ranch, no ranch and fries are ALWAYS cold. The sandwich was fresh sometime times it's hard and heated up like it sat for hours under their light heat.

I've read all the bad reviews, I've even had a couple less than stellar visits myself. Once, in a hurry (since that's why we hit the drive through, yeah?) They had us pull up to wait for our order, & flat out forgot about us until we ran in to ask how much longer?
Other than that, really, its fast food. Your expectations should not exceed that. Food is almost always as ordered, quick & never have the employees been awful. To be honest I expect less than I usually get! Usually they are quite friendly & always competent. I figure they deserve a forgivness break of sorts if they are ever unenthusiastic. Its gotta be a rough job.
Anyhow, food is good enough as is the service & I've been there several times so obviously good enough to return & nothing noteworthy to keep me from doing so again! The low reviews are likely from a single experience amongst many run of the mill no issue visits.. not a fair assessment. But hey. Not often people take time to write about an uneventful or typical drive through experience. Just a thought when you look at the ratings..

I went in on Friday. I ordered the Southwest Grilled Chicken Salad. They gave it to me without the Avocado. I called in and the manager offered to replace it. I stood in line for 20 minutes before the shift manager came to help. I did get my salad eventually. I attached the photo from Friday's Full salad. To compare with what was IN my salad today. Not pleased.

This is a nice location for Wendy’s. Inside is up to date and the Manager Staff is very Nice and Professional. Teresa & Vernalyn are great.
The night team working with these lady’s are great. Awesome Job Cook. My Triple was perfectly cooked. Not dry or over seasoned.
Bun isn’t soggy either. FRIES Super fresh and hot. Also perfectly seasoned. Not overly done with salt. Great job guys. ????????. Give team Raises
