Is really a gamble on whether the food you going to get is going to be as good as it should be sometimes it's great sometimes you get a burger that sat in water

This is a well deserved shout out to Donnie. The online review industry has been around for the better part of 20 years. I've been on both sides of customer service for longer than that. After the thousands upon thousands of interactions I've ever had, I've only left one other review previous to this one. Donnie is not only the epitome of customer service, but truly an asset to your entire organization. You're lucky to have that young man represent your store.

Appreciative of being able to try the vegan burger there. Wasn't too bad (would've liked a better piece of lettuce) but for a generally non-vegan place, having that option was nice. My mother, who is a conscious eater, definitely appreciated the option (& enjoyed it) as well. Thank you.

Excited to try this new place. I came in and it was fairly full. They were courteous and polite took my order and I sat down and waited for my order to be filled. They sell six people after me while I was waiting I waited 22 minutes and then I went and talked to the manager where was my order. I stood at the window until they made it so I can go was not very happy with their service but the food was good and everybody enjoyed it.
