(January 19, 2020, 3:24 pm)Besides the trek through the Cannery casino, which might cause long cancer or clutch your purse a little closer, Carve is a nicely appointed, modernly designed steakhouse. I wouldn't normally hit this spot, but work decided to have a big group dinner and this was where they decided to go. Management was very accommodating for a crowd that eventually got to nearly 20 and even set up a curtain in a side area for our privacy. Service was attentive and stuff came out on time. I got the rib eye which was unfortunately just okay (I expect better cuts of meat for the price). The Maker's Old Fashioned I got from the bar was well made and I heard no complaints from the few folks who imbibed some glasses of red wine. The bread (free) and Caesar salad (not free at all) were good at least.
I don't think I'll be back since there are definitely better options in North Las Vegas. -

(June 20, 2019, 4:14 pm)Everything was wonderful-the service, the food, and the drinks. Fancier than we thought, walked in regular street clothes but they didn't mind at all spoiled us just the same! Dug the whole experience and every bite of his and my plate, will be back for sure!
