Juan's Flaming Fajitas & Cantina

Staff is very attentive and friendly. I ordered the crispy shrimp tortilla as appetizer, it was pretty good. It's like a thin crispy tostada with cheese Pico and shrimp. We got the melted Queso with ground beef in it, which was delicious. We shared a steak fajitas, meat was a little tough and short on seasonings in my opinion. I'll go back to try something different. FYI alcoholic drinks are very pricey!!!!

Went for dinner with my Mom and Brother as they wanted me to check this place out. What a great open, bright, clean restaurant. Service was fantastic and the food was very very good. The Mexi-Fries was a great combination of flavors. The flaming fajitas we ordered with chicken and steak was so fresh tasting not weighed down with preservatives or over seasoned. They were perfectly prepared and you can never go wrong with fresh homemade flour and corn tortillas. Looking forward to returning to this gem and if you are ever in the area I recommend a visit. It isn’t cheap to be honest, but it is fairly priced for what they have to offer, the quality of food and service.

I can keep this review short because not much needs said. This was a fantastic experience! I don't particularly care for fajitas but Holy guacamole they were good!!!! And flaming and good!!! By the way, the guacamole is even made table side.

Excellent like their other location. Still just as busy so better make reservations to make it easier. First time trying Romain instead of flour or corn tortillas... It's actually not bad, I can fit a lot more steak and pork in it. Beer is cold and margaritas are always decent. Edit 7.2.22: Went again and everything I said still stands and this time there was live singing. Great drinks, great food, awesome fajitas.

Our favorite restaurant just moved closer! We loved them down in the water district and couldn't believe a location was opening up in our corner of Vegas! We arent alone lol it was PACKED in a Wednesday!

Happily waited about 40min (definitely recommend doing the Yelp call ahead seating - we certainly will)

You can tell who are new and who are "seasoned" employees... but EVERYONE was smiley and attentive!

Grateful for a delicious vegetarian menu!
