    Fresh-cooked food, excellent service, short wait. Each Roberto's is franchised, and this location makes their food better than others I've been to!

    Tamales are to be soft but not mushy. Steak tacos should not be dry. Guacamole needs line and salt. I always doubt the authenticity of a mexican spot when they don't serve horchata. The place was clean and the employees were nice. But the food will have me counting on my taco search the next visit to Vegas.
