Blue Moon Asian Cuisine & Sushi Bar

I was very impressed going here for dinner, I actually don't think I'll return to himikos, the folks at Blue Moon work fast, efficient, and friendly! Food was amazing 😍

You would not expect Elko Nevada to have decent sushi but this place actually slaps. I lived in Japan for years and understand good sushi. It’s not japan level sushi, but for a random landlocked town this place punches above its weight. The all you can eat has a lot of other options too. Decent price.

I'll start off by saying I'm from Vegas so my expectations were a little different. However, I ordered the Phoenix specialty roll, gyoza and the crab and cucumber salad. The gyoza was crispy and tasted fine and the salad didn't have alot of cucumber in it. The suahi roll seemed pre-made, the rice was chewy and over cooked, and the shrimp inside seemed made way before I even ordered it, and it was chewy as well, not what I expected for the price

Satisfying Lunch stop after a long drive from the bay area. Friendly staff. Very reasonably priced.. have an all you can eat sushi option. We settled for tempura and monglian beef. Came with choice of rice and soup. Paired with cold sake. Enjoyed!
