    Great breakfast selection, attentive staff and priced right. We have a celebratory breakfast on the last day of our yearly Death Valley ride, and Mel's has not disappointed on any of our visits.

    Very nice place.
    We had a typical American breakfast (eggs, bacon, pancakes…) and everything was delicious.
    Very generous size (pancakes are so huuuge and fluffy) and price is worth it.

    I thoroughly enjoyed this quaint little diner. The service was great. Food was fantastic. And who doesn't love the nostalgia of a beloved sitcom!!

    Nice place. Breakfast was really good. Not far from death valley. They don't take cards so just like the old days bring cash. The lady that was there did a great job. Prices were good too.

    Great value, home made biscuits, delicious gravy and the small ham covered most of the plate. Martha, the only server, efficiently took care of a full house. Worth searching out and the quirky sign is a plus.
