Probably, the best upscale, casino in Reno. Clean, safe and friendly atmosphere. The only thing on lacking, is a space for the children. This one is clearly for the adults, kids
But a great time if you're a big kid liking the gamble.
Bring plenty of money, because it's not cheap or inexpensive. But those who know, pay for what they want. So treat yourself and enjoy the luxury. Complete with 24hr. service for those staying over.
Without a doubt, Atlantis is It!!!

If you like Casinos, you'll love it here. I distinctly DON'T like Casinos, and I liked it here. We stayed in the smoke-free Concierge Tower and enjoyed the room VERY much. The amenities here are excellent, and whenever someone was smoking in the non-smoking area, staff kindly asked them to either stop smoking or to move to the smoking area. The buffet here is hands-down the best buffet in town.

Hospitality wasn't there. Checked in, went to our room. Had three meals in Casino Restaurant's service was fine. Nothing outstanding though. No one approached us to explain how to do anything evolved with gaming. I was personally interested in gaming, however if I had been asked about opportunities, games, membership, gaming instructions I probably would have tried it. Yep, missed customer opportunity means missed profits. Needs management attention.

Not a fan of casinos. Smelled of cigarettes as soon as you walk in. Reminded me of the 1980s. Rooms are comfortable. Exercise room is great. Pools are nice, but not very big for the amount of people. Restaurant on the bridge was good as well. I would have preferred a cabin or condo.

The elevators to the rooms feel like they are on their last legs. Our bed liner was stained. The rooms are small and dark with no microwave. I'm not impressed at all. If it weren't for chalk fest we wouldn't have stayed here. The Manhattan Deli was awesome for dinner tonight though!
