Butchers Kitchen Char-B-Que

Was super tasty. Went with a group of 8 people from work and all of us thoroughly enjoyed everything we had. I would highly suggest you go and try it out.

We were told by many guests that the food at our party was the best of all the parties this season. Char B Que has been a favorite of our family's for years, since soon after they opened. Because everyone loves their food, we scheduled them to cater a large party. Our guest numbers increased steadily and we ended up ordering full catering for 200, which they were kind enough to accommodate. The food was amazing! Everyone at the party raved about how delicious the meat was. There was plenty of food, and we all took home some leftovers to enjoy for ourselves. The brisket was divine, the chicken is so savory; don't miss the macaroni and cheese. The quinoa salad was delicious but overlooked by our younger guests. All in all, this was fabulous food and the staff really hustled to make the order right.

I wouldn't show up as soon as they open. The barbecue sauce is kept cold overnight, and tastes much better when it's had time to warm up. Strange tip, I know. My wife and I really enjoyed the food. The chorizo burger wasn't as spicy as I would have liked, but was still flavorful. Their pulled pork wasn't as sweet as I prefer, but that's more of a preference thing. What really stood out was their brisket burrito. That thing was heavenly. I wish I had taken pictures.would definitely recommend. The staff was very helpful, and gave suggestions when asked. It's a casual, quiet place, with a small bar off to one side. We didn't use the outdoor seating, because of a hail storm, but it would be nice in June or so, to sit in the shade and enjoy the food.

I've eaten here once before and it was okay. I tried again and, obviously, ordered the right thing this time. It was amazingly delicious. I ordered the tri tip sandwich with lettuce and pickles. It tasted great! I gave 4 stars because I would have liked the sandwich to come with a side. You have to order slaw, beans, or fries separately. I will definitely visit again for this sandwich.
