    The theater was clean. Customer service was awesome BUT the Strawberry daiquiri was so strong that we couldn't even drink them. Everyone loves a strong drink but this was beyond strong. I bought 2 large that came to over $18. I feel like I just threw money in the garbage because that's exactly what I did with the drinks.

    Lovely beautiful theater. Took my 5 year old and 7 year old to see dolittle. The seating, picture and sound of the video was amazing. The customer service was superb. Very knowledgeable of ingredients in food and aware individuals have allergies. So they weren't passive aggressive about it like other theaters. The bathrooms were very clean as well. I hands down recommended this theater over others in the Reno area.

    Nice, individual reclining chairs in every theater with reserved seating. Matinee prices are really good as are the rest of the deals. Popcorn also on point with friendly staff.

    Sound also above average

    Always clean, love that you have multi-generational employees, popcorn is fresh, that's huge for me. My only complaint was that I had to print my own tickets off of my phone, there wasn't a designated kiosk showing you what to do and it looked like an employee kiosk. You used to have a person right when you walked in the door who would scan your phone, print the ticket and direct you to the right theater. I would bring that customer service feature back.
