I would like to mention their flexible and patient support. They listen to you, think of a solution together and eventually sort it out. Not having tried every single system available on the planet, I am not sure if Restolabs is the best company. However I can say that the support team is really impressive :)

Would like to start saying that I'm super intense, demanding and perfeccionist person, also this was my very first time setting up an online ordering system. My academic background (MBA) is nothing related to this field and was able to set this up, all thanks to the robust design of this software. Customer service was beyond than excellent, Sam had replied to more than 100 emails that I have sent, and always has sorted out my queries
Did a research before buying this software and coouldn't find anything cheaper or better than RestoLabs
I would highly recommend this software and would give not 5 but 10 stars!!

The work routines of restaurant workers are quite
hectic. And for single-store operations with no
dedicated IT staff, it is really difficult to manage the
online ordering. WIth Restolabs on board I can do
what I am used to while they take care of all the
technical stuff.
