The opposite of Starbucks, thank God! Great locally-owned coffee house with a unique goal: To bring together first responders & the community they serve over a great cup of Joe. The coffee is rich, strong & hyper-caffeinated! Everyone is celebrated here: police, fire fighters, EMTs, active military, veterans, hospital workers...and all of us, the folks these people risk their lives for. If you respect & admire first responders, this is a great place to show it. Kudos to the owner for creating a place where we can kick back, give back & drink awesome coffee!
As a fellow business owner I love seeing an ambitious startup do well in Reno. This is a business with a well-defined niche in a developing area. I haven't tried the full menu but my one visit was a favorable one, with a friendly owner behind the counter. I'll be back when it's warmer to enjoy the pleasant outdoor seating area. Well done, and kudos to your success.
The blonde girl that works here in the mornings on some weekdays is beyond amazing with her customer service, ability to handle multiple customers and get them their coffee quick and it tastes amazing. I am originally from the Seattle area and as everyone knows we have coffee places on pretty much every corner and our known as coffee snobs and I haven't found a coffee place I like except for Starbucks in Washington or in Nevada until now. This girl makes Starbucks coffee a 1/5, compared to the coffee she makes which easily exceeds 5/5, hot or iced it doesn't matter. Her coffee is always consistently good whether she has a long line or not. She is the reason I gave up Starbucks and will only come here now instead. Plus she let's me grab my own straw for my drink which I love because of cleanliness. The lady today 2/7/20 who wasn't the blonde girl put a straw in mine and I have to be really careful about with germs so I replaced it with my own straw which wasn't a big deal but just would be nice for her to know.
I visit in the early morning so it's not very busy, the coffee is always fresh, and a kind I really like: Black Rifle. The service is, as always, amazing! I love this place
