Miyabi japanese cuisine

I tried this place with my wife during the soft open, so it wasn't their full menu, but still a lot to choose from! At first I was surprised to see it wasn't AYCE sushi, but after looking at the options it was apparent why. The sushi here is much higher end than the AYCE sushi places in town. We tried the Dragon roll which was amazing and we also got an order of the Wagyu beef nigiri. I've actually only ever had wagyu beef one other time, which was on a trip to japan, but this was the same. Instantly brought back memories of that trip.

We also tried the Tonkotsu Ramen which was up there with Kouboi Izakaya for me as the best ramen in reno. Highly recommended and we will be back soon to try some of the stuff on the final menu that we weren't able to try during the soft open.

Great food! While it's not AYCE, They have some rolls that you dont see anywhere else in Reno. Their presentation is absolutely beautiful! They have a roll that is American style! Called "Steak"! It's a Steak, Mushroom and Asparagus roll! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!
