Shiloh's Restaurant

I think their curb appeal does not make a good impression to non locals. Great food, prices and atmosphere.

This is a favorite of my wife and I. It is usually a very quiet place where you are always greeted with a smile. The Waite staff is very sweet. Prices are good food is great. They have the best club sandwich around.

This place got decent reviews but I have to say I was not that impressed. I got the fried scallops with French fries. The scallops were over cooked and the French fries were unevenly cooked. My friend got the shrimp special and she stated that it was not cooked enough and lacked flavor. Our husbands ordered the steak and they both enjoyed it, and that it was cooked well.

I discovered this little secret family restaurant along Rte 3 in Tilton only last summer. Really great food, great waitresses, and, surprisingly, not too expensive. Huge cuts of rib eye and steaks. Outstanding big burgers, cooked to order, and onion rings.
There's a bar & attached lounge. Very pleasant ambiance...a kinda European castle themed look throughout.
Those familiar with The Homestead Rest. Will be particularly pleased with this one. Equally great food, portions, service, seating, selection, atmosphere...and ALL at roughly half the cost.
I like both Restaurants, but I now prefer Shiloh's, hands down!
