    We stopped by here on our way to Montreal in late August. The pulled pork was amazing (it was actually the first time I’ve ever had GOOD pulled pork), and the chili was phenomenal as well. Even had a nice hot sauce that shared the name, though it wasn’t made by the same people.

    Just drove by the place again, and saw the trailer was burnt out??? Will the company be able to recover from this? I sure hope so… I definitely didn’t want our first stop to be our last. I wish you the best of luck, Mr. Hatch.

    I think $13 for just a simple Roast Beef sandwich with zero sides is pretty ambitious! The bun was fresh but the meat was a little gnarly! I could of had two whoppers with cheese and fries. It was my first visit. Next time I'll try the Pork but I'll pay better attention to the pricing. And if you can't take the heat you maybe need to get out of the kitchen!

    Nice spot to get some really good BBQ bites if you're in the area, great service and even greater BBQ. 5 Stars.

    Delicious ribs cooked just right smoked beans were delicious and prices are reasonable
