Chesterfield Inn

Very nice inn with very friendly service if your in the area, for sure stay. We felt very comfortable and would stay again. The food and wait staff were very friendly as well.

My daughter and I spent a day and evening at the Chesterfield Inn...totally a last minute decision on our way back from VT. And what a great choice it was! We went sledding out behind the Inn right up until sunset...which was stunning, and then had delicious tea and cookies. Dinner was amazing and he breakfast delicious. Judy was wonderful and Yoda actually hung out with us in our room while we relaxed. We will return again ❤️

Greeted very warmly by a pleasant staff. Room was ready early, which was great. Fireplace warms the room up nicely, and adds a nice ambience to the room. Dinner and (free) breakfast were wonderful. Our favorite part was meeting Yoda, the hotel cat! Highly recommended, will stay there again in the future.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The Inn is beautiful, the service was outstanding and our room was clean, large and very well appointed. We stayed in room 21. It had lovely views, a nice slate fireplace and a very comfortable king bed. It started snowing shortly after we arrived. We went down for afternoon tea and cookies and it was very relaxing. We enjoyed dinner in the romantic dinning room and then going back to our room to relax in front of the fireplace in the terry robes provided. We awoke to a blanket of fresh snow and clearing skies. It was breathtaking. (Just got lucky with that!) You can order anything on the menu for breakfast which is included with your stay. The staff is very welcoming and they are a pet friendly inn. Yoda the cat is awesome. If you are looking for a place to get away from it all - this is it!

We had a wonderful stay during the holidays! The 2 rooms and common area were immaculate and well appointed. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Our room was near the restaurant, but it was closed for the holidays. There is a possibility that it would get noisy, but that is just speculation. There are other rooms farther away or in separate buildings. We felt very relaxed and at home during our stay. The breakfast was delicious with a good selection of entrees and sides and the wait staff was attentive and friendly. This is a pet friendly inn but the only one I saw was Yoda the house cat who was very friendly but stayed mostly at the front desk area. I mention this only in case someone is allergic. I do not recall reading about the cat before. Overall this was a great stay and I would definitely come back another time.
