“Downrating from my original 5 star rating. Used to visit this place all the time before they started making basic mistakes. Ordered an Italian Toasted a couple of weeks ago and they didn't toast it. It's RIGHT THERE IN THE NAME! Today, I told the manager, Josh, and he said he'd make sure it was toasted. But he wouldn't discount my order because technically "it was made right". No it wasn't. "You forgot to cook the steak." "Sorry about that, but technically, you got a steak and cheese." I also ordered oil and vinegar on the side and mayo and got neither.”

“Yum! Yum! Yum! We love the pizza, French fries and salads. Although when it comes to salads they seem to skimp on the lettuce. So much toppings which is great! However I always end up having to add my own lettuce to balance it out. They are always fast to deliver and friendly when they come to the door. One of my favorite pizza places in town.”

“Decent little spot for breakfast sandwiches, sandwiches, bagels, and a cup of coffee or tea. Friendly environment with a mixed crowd, some are frequent visitors, some passing through. The food is good, breakfast wrap with a spinach wrap and asiago bagel with maple cream cheese are my favorites. The coffee is typically of good blend and they have a selection of teas as well. If you want something else to quench your thirst, then a big selection of Snapple or water is also available.”

“I sat at the bar on their first day open to the public. Pretty busy for a Tuesday night but service was attentive and welcoming. Cool art and great atmosphere. Creative cocktails prepared with attention to detail. They get really fresh seafood, offering oysters on the half shell and rotating types of sushi rolls. I cant wait to try more food. This is high end fare at reasonable prices, will surely become a regular spot for me. I love that they bring the bill in old sci fi paperbacks! UPDATE June 2019: They do seasonal menus. The early summer menu just came out and its fantastic. They have extended hours now, with reduced prices during happy hour 4-6. They also host 7 course themed dinners once a month (I think?) That i hope to try soon. This place just keeps getting better!”

“Brunch at this facility is spectacular. Friendly and fun atmosphere. Dinner is good but the menu is fairly pricey for this part of NH(of course Keene people think they are getting a 5 star experience). 2 dinners and 2 glasses of wine over $70.00 and that doesn't include 5 course meal or dessert. Getting to the bathroom is always a challenge as the waitstaff are always coming and going through the kitchen which is by bathroom. Place is too small for the business it conjures.”

“Tried the combo and vegetarian Pho and both were delicious. Went for lunch with my 7 year-old daughter and even she liked it. We both had a lot of leftovers. I expected the Pho to be good at a Pho restaurant but the amazing coffee was quite unexpected. “We decided to stop by this location tonight. Looking for a quick healthy dinner and we found it here. From the exterior their entrance is kept clean along with outdoor seating available which allows you to enjoy the May weather. As we entered their business, we were immediately greeted by their friendly staff ready to take our order. We had such a nice experience here. Our subs were prepared just the way we liked. The employee here was super helpful. On the main floor you will find a few booth tables. There is an upstairs area with seating available also, this is where we chose to sit, looking up the stairs seems fun and inviting. We sat upstairs and enjoyed our meals with the spring breeze flowing through the windows. We found this to be a pleasant experience. “This is a nice casual cafe. I had falafel salad and a Wachusett IPA. Service was quick, friendly, and efficient. The food was tasty. My only complaint is that there was way too much lettuce in the salad. Personally, I would prefer a smaller salad with better proportion of the ingredients. Otherwise, I enjoyed my meal and would visit again.”

“Driving through Keene, needed to stop and get a bite to eat. One of the restaurants we were going to go to didn't open until 5; it was 1:00. We were walking around checking out places, saw this on the side street and decided to go in. Honestly, was a little worried at first. It's a college town and 21 is a bar, and it was seat yourself and we weren't sure we were noticed. Didn't expect much. Didn't have to wait long to get a menu though and the server brought us water right away. I was very pleasantly surprised. I had the Tuscan veggie wrap, which came with fries. The wrap was toasted /grilled and so good! The fries were good too. My friend had chicken tenders and she liked them. We didn't have drinks as we were pressed for time to get back on the road. Server was friendly and attentive.”

“I usually go to the Local Burger in Northampton MA, I must say the larger dining area at the Keene location was satisfying. The classic black and white checkers feels almost nostalgic. We ordered a child hotdog and the pulled pork sandwich. The 100% kosher dog was above my expectations, the fries were crispy. My pork sandwich had a nice tangy kick to it, just the way I like it (cant stand it when they're sweet) served with coleslaw, lettuce, tomato and pickle on top. Very filling, I will definitely order this again. The girl at the counter was very kind when taking our order. We paid, she notified us she would bring the food to us once it was finished. In the meantime she assisted other guests, bussed tables and cleaned throughout the restaurant! I didn't see her slack off, play on her phone once. Excellent customer service and food.”
