“Called six times over the course of an hour on a Monday night to place a large order for the morning. Nobody answered. It was in the 8-8:30 p.m. timeframe. One call sounded like they picked up and then immediately hung up. Update 8:48 p.m.: still no answer. Tempted to drive down and call from inside to see if they're just ignoring the phone...but daughter has to go to bed. Update 9:08 p.m.:. Ended up going down. Called outside while associates were doing nothing. Nobody moved. Went in and called again. Couldn't hear a ring. Asked them what their number was. They confirmed I was calling the right number. Asked them what was up. They said both phones were locked in the office. Thought the worst and was proven wrong! Ordered $100.00 worth of coffee and doughnuts. 2nd shifters were nice. Three stars for locking the phones in the office.”

“Our bartender Brittany was a pro and very personable. She was pouring beers, taking orders, seating tables and running food among a myriad of other things, I'm sure. They were crazy busy bc of Father's Day, rain and the world cup. And it was day two of being super duper busy. We will definitely be back to this establishment and particularly this location. “Whenever I go in, usually weekends, I typically run into the same server, Mallorie. Every time I've gone in, she's working with numerous tables and always has a smile. She greets myself and my party as well and is back to us within the minute with menus. She makes the experience nice. Shes a great server, hospitable, personable etc. The food is great, I'm a fan of the fried pickles. She gets the food back to us pretty quick and checks in as often as possible while she takes care of multiple tables. Shes just fantastic. I do enjoy popping in for a quick drink after work as well. Food was good Service was good. If you go on a Friday or Saturday, ask for mallorie!!”

“There are five diners in the upper valley, each with their own quirks, strengths, and weaknesses. I've frequented them all many times. The Lebanon Diner consistently rises above the competition with top notch service, food, and company. When you sit at the counter and watch the owners greet the majority of customers by name, you'll know that this diner is truly a local institution. Usually there is no wait to sit at the counter and the wait for a table is always less than other diners on the weekends. I don't usually enjoy diner coffee but the brew at this place is quite good. The menu is concise and delivers consistently on quality. On the weekends they offer eggs bendedict, which I highly recommend. Where this diner really shines is the atmosphere. If there were ever a breakfast version of Cheers this would be it. Recalling one morning, the entire place got caught up in a debate on surviving the zombie apocalypse. Conclusion: if the zombie horde is headed your way, make sure you fuel up first at the Lebanon Diner.”
