I don't post a lot of reviews in general but this place deserves one. Got the special, the Lemon Poppyseed pancakes along with their gingerbread pancakes. They were both phenomenal, just add a little bit of syrup and they came to life for me. I was sad when I ran out. My wife had their Eggs Benedict which were cooked perfectly and tasted great. The staff was super friendly and very attentive. The aesthetic shows the history of the restaurant and the fact the building is made from reclaimed wood from their older iterations. The other thing you can't beat....the view from the restaurant, absolutely stunning. I will travel up here more often just for this place.

Pancakes! Flapjack's! Maple Syrup! - With an amazing view of the White Mountains enjoy probably some of the best pancakes and maple syrup I've ever had. There are multiple options of the type of pancakes you could create but the best was standard stone ground with blueberries. A whole stack is 6 and half a stack is 3 which is plenty unless you plan on going on a hike that day. The maple syrup and maple sugar is neverending and was available for purchase on the way out. The only issue for this breakfast joint is the Coffee was horrible. Perhaps our tables 4 coffee drinkers all just got a bad pot or end of pot but meant an extra stop in our day to seek out a cup. Overall it's a good value and delicious pancakes!

An absolute must for the best pancakes in northern New England. I am from Western mass and I will make Polly's a stop every year during my trip North to hike and camp. There is so much history there you can taste it. Go...don't hesitate.

Fantastic breakfast, great atmosphere and welcoming staff. Freshest pancakes Ive ever had, they grind their own flour here! Some of the best bacon Ive ever had, thick and crispy. Maple butter and maple sugar for the coffee, what could be better! Its a must stop if you are within 30 minutes. Call for a reservation, popular spot!

Wow!!! A bit noisy on a crowded double H summer Saturday morning . Polly had the fans going.. but there's no AC so dress accordingly on a hot humid summer morning. Food & service excellent . No reservations on weekends so be ready for a wait but the pancakes and sides are worth it. Home fries top shelf. We went back a 2nd time on a Tuesday morning & found it a bit less crowded. Charlie was the best! ( though our 1st server Sat was cool too.. we know what jumpers.are now!! )
