Franconia Inn

Located by a grassy airstrip adjacent to a stud farm. Excellent place to camp for a week and disconnect from everyone. The place has a swimming pool and a bunch of tennis courts. Loved it, wish I could stay more. While the place may appear desolate the area is dotted with houses on big lots. Only downside, the rooms are a bit small, not. Big enough to fit a family

Staff were lovely and extremely helpful. Dinner was made on their outdoor grille and absolutely delicious. Renovated lobby & dinning room are warm, sunny & so inviting. But my favorite part? Hanging with friends and making memories whether it was down in the cozy bar & lounge, recapping our morning hike in the breezy screened-in porch or walking the grounds to the crystal clear river which winds through the property. Inspired to plan a family reunion at this gem of a place!

Wow wow wow. We stayed in the cottage which was absolutely magnificent. We had dinner in the pub downstairs, the food was outstanding and there was a live band!! Everything was absolutely wonderful. Bring your swim suit, they have a hot tub! The new owners were right at the front desk and were super welcoming! It sounds like they have some great ideas for the place while also keeping the cottage charm. We will absolutely be back.

Classic New England Inn with sweeping mountain views. Cozy fireplace in the lobby while enjoying the complimentary coffee. It's between seasons, so we had the place to ourselves. Good mattresses. The outside hot tub was clean but could not get the temp hot enough. Cozy bar restaurant and game room in the basement.

Wish we had more time there because it is beautiful here. Next time, we'll be doing more than just sleeping there for sure. Great atmosphere, good people.
