Location not fancy , limited street parking -but don’t let it stop you. Go here immediately!!! Brandon and Lauren are SO welcoming and friendly . The food was awesome. Love the idea and I’ve never known if anything like it . I got the pulled pork potato , my girl got the buff chick and we shared the chipotle chicken salad . Nice touch with the pickled onions . Wish the bbq was a little thicker and the potatoes were buttered heavily inside . The buff chick had nice flavor not too spicy . A loaded fry on the menu would be dope 🙈Just saying ! Still 10/10 they killed it . Also we got to speak about hiring them to catering a work event . They were great at suggesting ideas and got an email right over to us . Thank you both so much for your hospitality ☺️

I ordered delivery and received the wrong order - I called the owner and he ALREADY knew and ALREADY had called doordash in my behalf to rectify the issue. Moments later my correct order was out for delivery. The food itself was exceptional but the customer service is something we

Very cool spot right off Elm! Small business, with top notch customer service that will leave you feeling like you’ve made a new friend. Very clean inside. Food came out fast and was one of the better meals I’ve had in a long time. Could taste the freshness of all ingredients from protein down to the scallions. To say I’m impressed is an understatement. Thank you for treating your customers the right way! Support this business! It really shouldn’t even be a question! OUTSTANDING 🤩

Potatoes, soups, & salads- oh my!

The Potato Concept is a fantastic addition to downtown Manchester. Easy to stop in and get a nice hot lunch. Pictured here is the Pulled Pork Baked Potato and Loaded Baked Potato Soup! Both were wonderful and I am sure to be back soon.
