Country Tavern

I've only ever been for the Sunday brunch buffet, which is excellent. On holiday Sundays (Mother's Day, Father's Day) they have an extended buffet with an omelette station and more luncheon-type dishes, but the regular everyday buffet is good as well, and you can order things like omelettes, eggs Benedict, stuffed mushrooms (for an additional cost) to supplement the buffet if you want. Their French toast is really good, and they have a glazed lemon loaf cake that is just wonderful.

I recently had lunch in the bar area. All tables were taken,so it was about a 15min wait. Comfy couch,and chairs were available,so wait went by quickly. Waitress brought our drinks while we waited. I had the grilled cheese,and it was delicious. First time I had been for lunch,usually go for dinner. Have yet to be disappointed. Great lunch menu,reasonably priced,comfy couch!

Lovely lunch...lovely atmosphere...lovely waitress. Delicious food!! Will be back again...maybe we will catch a glimpse of the ghost next time. ????They said she has been quiet lately.

Quaint, cute, five stars cause I like the food and the atmosphere. Always in great company when I go. I help teach a class that graduates every 12 weeks, always have an post-cermenoy get together and the staff is very accommodating.

Went for Easter brunch. The lamb was seasoned and cooked perfectly. It's a small buffet but had everything I wanted. Omelet station.fresh fruit.carving station. Coffee was fresh. The staff was friendly and attentive. Nate was great and Elizabeth left me alone. I'll be going back.
