    The barbecue and sides are really good. There are four choices of barbecue sauce and they are good, too. Honestly, I was shocked that one could find good barbecue in New Hampshire. I am crossing my fingers that the founders will open a restaurant in San Antonio. There is only one good barbecue restaurant in San Antonio and it is located on the Southeast side of town with early closing hours. There is room for Willie Jewell's in Texas!
    UPDATE: Made a return trip from San Antonio ... the food is still GREAT!!!

    I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff was nice. She recommended the 2 or 3 meat choice so that we could sample. We really enjoyed the sauces and the pork. The beef brisket was flavored nicely, but a little dry. No juices.

    Good, perfectly cooked ribs but always too over-salted. There is no mashed potato as a side available, which would be perfect to cut all that saltines but alas. Other sides are OK but I like mashed and spicy green beans with my ribs. Place however is great and almost always packed. Take out is advised on Friday evenings.
