Delicious! Wanted to try a noodle place for first time ever and it didn't disappoint.

Food was fresh, cooked well, no grease and beautifully plated. Crab Rangoon egg rolls were cooked to perfection.

Drinks were fabulous, tried the ginger hot tea which wasn't too potent- just right. And having never tried Vietnamese ice tea was pleasantly surprised how delicious it was.

The noodle bowls were a delight, so many flavors and generous serving size.

Staff was friendly and gracious. Atmosphere was well done and cozy venue.

I would certainly go back or recommend to anyone! 🍲🥢🍵

Buba has delicious food and all seems to be prepared fresh! Friendly service and a decent sized menu. A few vegetarian offerings, however one of them notes a meat based broth in the recipe, so double check. Could be menu error.

Wow, just wow! This place is amazing. I will be recommending this place to all of my friends and family.

For food, I got the combination Buba phở with the spicy bone marrow, and it was so delicious. The phở came with basil, bean sprouts, and chilis on the side, and the portion of the phở was amazing. It was so delicious!! I also had a pork belly bao which was to die for! I WILL be coming back to just have a plate full of the different bao fillings that have. For drinks, I had a hot ginger tea which was so sweet and tangy which was so refreshing. The second time I went I had the cà phê sữa đá (iced Vietnamese coffee) which was so sweet and strong.

The atmosphere was so nice and cozy, and all the servers are consistently sweet and considerate.

I studied abroad in Vietnam this summer and was so devastated knowing that there weren’t Vietnamese restaurants in Concord. Once I saw the article about this place opening up their second chain in Concord, I was so insanely excited. This place was such a beautiful reminder of my time there and the amazing food of Vietnam. I am a close walk to the restaurant also, so I am very excited to support this business and eat more delicious food!

Edit: Tried the phở ga and I liked the buba phở much more!

Nice to finally have a place serving pho and ramen in Concord. It won’t be the best you’ve ever had but considering the amount of options in the area it’s worth a stop. The baos are great.

Food was so good! Glad to see a great pho place close to home. Just wish portion sizes were a little bigger when it came to appetizers. $8 for two skinny crab Rangoon “egg rolls”. Other than that staff was great and quick, definitely recommend this place.
