Simple tap beer beer selection that isn't the same old stuff everywhere else, plus plenty of local can/bottle selection. The burgers are *amazing*. Char cooked and still juicy with grilled buns. I had the McBarley burger at it was the right collection of cheese, sauce and meat.

Nice local restaurant (2 in NH) located right on the square in Concord - amazing people watching and nice outdoor seating available. Went on a summer evening and since the outdoor seats were occupied, went in to ask if we could sit at the indoor tables at the window. Hostess indicated that we could sit in the back (darker/ limited to no view) main restaurant with full service or would have to order from the bar if we wanted to sit at the window tables. Not sure why they don't offer service to some of the best dining locations in their restaurant, but OK, we figured give it a try. Walked up to the bar and they quickly took my order and kept my card as if it was a tab. Handed me all my condiments/ drinks/ utensils for me to carry back to the table myself. Someone then did (in reasonable time) deliver our food to the table, but we were again on our own to ask for drinks/ refills/ more condiments/ etc. Then, back to the bar to wait to close out our "tab" and retrieve credit card. Yeah, not a real satisfying process but was happy to have a nice seat looking over the town square. Seems like a real missed opportunity but I guess I knew it going into it so not docking any stars. The food was very tasty and seemed to be locally sourced where possible - my fish and chips were superb and bountiful, and dining partner has a special of bangers and mash which was good but much smaller sized and seemed a little overpriced. Nice that they carry local craft beer (Concord Craft Brewery) too. Overall good food but hope they reconsider how they manage their window dining tables.

I ate here with some guys from a job that I was on and the steak was great. The bartender was attentive and friendly. The music was a little loud because they had a live band in one room and house music in the other. Lively atmosphere not normally my kinda place but the food and service warrants the 5 starts. BTW parking sucks.

Great place! We stopped in for the night at a hotel down the road while on a 4 day motorcycle ride. Service was great, their signature burger was delicious and the wife really enjoyed the fish and chips. The fish was fresh and done perfectly with a light flakey batter! We try to go to new places when riding through again, but we will definitely be back to here instead next time!

I LOVE this place. The menu is simple but all of it is delicious. There is always a great special going on so listen close! It's a little more pricey but it's worth it for sure! The wait is usually a thing but it's never too long. And there is a lounge area downstairs to have a drink while you wait and they will text you when your table is ready!
