“Craig and the crew at Billingsgate were the perfect match for our Sunday brunch wedding by the sea. On day one we told Craig that all we knew is that we wanted french toast at our wedding and from there he put together the perfect menu for us complete with cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres and made to order omelet station! His staff was friendly and professional and even made sure that we got food brought over to us while taking post ceremony pictures. With one month left leading up the wedding we had to make changes due to dietary restrictions and Craig went over and above to make sure that everything was suitable for all the guests.
