Gilley's Diner

Really good food. Small inside but it's a quick bite to eat. Was recommended to go while buzzed / drunk. Went to the Pink Bamboo, got a scorpion bowl then went to Gilley's. Got a double cheeseburger with pickles and mustard with poutine. Not bad prices. I recommend to go before the bars get out because it will get packed. Only downside no lettuce, tomato, etc. You bet I'll go again.

Hey! Act nice to the lady that's serving. She's hard-working and you can't imagine how much effort she is putting through to serve people till 1am in the night. So be good and tip well.
Also, the food is tasty, with a lot of cheese, enough calories for an ox. It goes as you would like: sandwiches, burgers, fries and drinks.

Tiny shack with the best burgers in Portsmouth. It's a local institution, and they earn every penny. Get a bacon double cheese with everything, and grab some extra napkins, and you'll understand. Nothing fancy, just a good juicy burger, like you probably grew up with.

This little caboose is one of the most iconic places you can visit! Be prepared for a long wait after the bars close, but it's so worh it! The people waiting in line are definitely fun to watch. Once you get inside, you must pay attention on to how to order! They have a system and it works! The food is your basic burgers and fries, but they do it right! So glad Gilley's has been able to keep it going all these years!
